A detailed plan, a fixed price
Whether you’ve bought a block to build on, need space for a pool or shed, or are preparing a development site, we can clear it quickly and safely. Our arborists and machine operators assess the land, plan how each tree and area of vegetation will come out, and give you a detailed quote.
The price we give you is the price you pay, so you know exactly what to expect from the first tree to the final clean-up.
Because we’re arborists as well as a clearing crew, we can also tell you which trees are protected, prepare the preliminary tree assessment for your development application, and set up tree protection for any trees that have to stay.

Block & Land Clearing questions
Do I need approval to clear my block?
Often, yes. Vegetation clearing rules depend on your council, the zoning and the type of vegetation. We can check, and prepare the arborist reports needed for approval.
How long does block clearing take?
A typical residential block takes one to a few days, depending on the amount of vegetation and the access. We’ll give you a timeframe with your quote.
Can you leave the mulch on site?
Yes. Chipped material can be spread for erosion control or landscaping, or we can remove it entirely.
Do you remove the roots as well?
Yes. We remove stumps and large roots so the block is ready for footings, slabs and services.
